1. Advance rental of Rs. 1500/- will be payable by Demand Draft In favour of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited drawn on tiny bank in New Delhi. For each registration a separate demand draft will be accepted. Common demand draft in more in more than one registration will not be accepted.
2. (a) In case of a sole proprietory concern, the sole proprietor should sign him self and affix rubber stamp.
(b) In case of partnership concern all the partners or any one of the partners duly authorised or manager with the power of attorney may sign.\
(c) In case the applicant is limited company, signature should be of a person on behalf of company in accordance With the provision of its Articles of Association.
(d) Copies of documents(photostat/typed)duly attested by magistrate or gazetted officer should be attached as applicable.
